Cancellation Policy

1. Child Pickup Parents/guardians must notify camp staff in advance of who will be picking up their child each day. The designated person must present a valid photo ID at pickup. For the safety of your child, we will not release them to anyone not listed or without identification. 2. Behavior Expectations Campers are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions from staff at all times. If a child repeatedly misbehaves or becomes disruptive to the program, we reserve the right to remove them from camp. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. 3. Attendance and Refunds This is a 5-day camp, and enrollment is for the full week. No refunds or partial credits will be given if a child does not attend all days for any reason. 4. Late Pickup Policy Camp ends promptly at the scheduled time. A $5 late fee will be charged for every 10 minutes a guardian is late picking up a child. Continued lateness may result in dismissal from the program without a refund. 5. Allergy & Medical Information If your child has any allergies or medical conditions, please notify staff before the first day of camp so we can make appropriate accommodations.
